Winner is selected through the agreed official smart draw process.

Payments, payouts, receipts, and reports are recorded for transparency.

| ❌ No Zelle / Checks | No digital payments or checks are accepted unless management officially changes the rule. |
| 🧾 Receipt | Members should collect a receipt after payment is received and recorded. |
| ⏰ Timely Payment | Payments must be made on time to keep the circle fair and stable. |
| 🔒 Privacy | Member information, internal documents, records, and private links must stay protected. |
